The Challenge
In 2020 our client NEO Energy relocated their office, due to expansion, to occupy a larger space within the Silver Fin Building in Aberdeen. DWAV Solutions were part of the original design and installation for NEO Energy’s existing Audio Visual (AV) solutions.
Our client wanted to create sleek and modern meeting rooms with simple to use video conferencing solutions. Requirements also included simple room controls and wireless collaboration.
NEO Energy provided DWAV with an outline of the requirements and asked us to offer modern solutions for their new office space. This included relocating and upgrading the existing meeting rooms.
The Solution
DWAV worked with the client to provide AV solutions that met the requirements and stayed within budget, whilst offering the latest user-friendly technology. The meeting rooms needed to be flexible to adapt to different demands, simple to use and allow easy connection to the presentation screens.
Boardroom: Dual displays and bespoke audio for in-room presentations and video conferencing.
Video Conferencing Rooms: Single Display and multi-platform VC hardware for presentation and video meetings with user-friendly table-top touch controllers.
General Meeting Rooms: User-friendly presentation systems for various sizes of meetings.
Café/Town-hall: Large wall-mounted display for day-to-day content and town-hall style presentation.
The Outcome
DWAV delivered user friendly, simple to use and clutter free AV solutions, which offer improved efficiency as they require less set up and support, therefore reducing cost of ownership. Users can join meetings with one simple ‘Join’ button on the touch controller.
DWAV also provide NEO Energy with the video conferencing platform that allows internal and external meeting rooms and desktop users to join video calls.
